The departure was held on the 28th of August at 2 p.m at SPARC, UNICITI and ended on Monday at 8: 30 a.m, still at SPARC where she trains regularly and where she also works as a personal life coach.
Tina Staub started in sports about 7 years ago. She discovered trail as a discipline about 4 years ago. From short tracks to longer tracks, the athlete has evolved over the years into an ultra-distance runner. ‘I have a real passion for trail running; trails offer a real connection to nature. I love being in the mountains’, confesses Tina.
To prepare herself for this meaningful challenge, Tina has been training intensively at SPARC.
