Joel Bruneau holds a BCom from the University of South Africa and an MBA with distinction from the University of Birmingham, UK.
He is a seasoned developer with 17 years in the property industry. He joined Medine in 2007 to kick-start the Property activities and delivered some key projects within the company’s masterplan which he helped develop.
He is the Managing Director of Medine Property,
Responsible for the delivery of a pipeline of build to sell and build to lease properties over a selected portions of the company’s land stock.
Lionel Magisson
Head of Sales
Lionel Magisson is a seasoned real estate professional, who has over 20 years of experience in sales, and the marketing of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
His expertise enables him to support the market launch of large-scale projects by integrating innovative approaches to maximize performance and profitability.
He has held key positions, notably at 2 Futures, where he contributed to the development of sales in the Mauritian and Francophone markets, as well as the founder of Immobilier.
